Archives
For each case registered with the Registry, the case file (containing the appeal, the written submissions, the documents and annexes, the exchanges of letters, the orders, the translations, etc.) is kept at the Registry for ten years from the date of the final decision delivered by the Complaints Board, where it can be consulted.
It is subsequently destroyed. Only the signed original of the decision is kept in the archives of the Complaints Board s Registry.
Most of the decisions delivered by the Complaints Board since 2005 can be consulted via the case law database.
A decision which has not been published in the database can be issued by the Registry on request (subject to payment of copying and dispatch costs).
